Aqua e Vino
The time has come, people. Time to start drinking when it gets dark (4 p.m.?). Time to start having soup three times a day. Time to say, “Let’s go out to eat; I’m too tired to cook.”
As the days have shortened and whispers of festive happenings have made their way into the air, it’s official: Cozy season has arrived in Charlotte. Sometimes, cozy means festive decor and a fire-lit ambiance, and Charlotte certainly has those spots.
But other times, coziness is not so direct of a sensation; it’s this somewhat elusive force felt when twirling spaghetti made from scratch or witnessing the same couple run a restaurant for over a decade.
There’s no better way to commemorate the arrival of cozy season than eating and drinking.
