RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – Enjoy this original Reno Recipes dish brought to you by chefs Jonathan Chapin and Daryl Butterfield.
Ingredients:
- Cooked mini penne
- Small steak bites
- Oregano
- Baby tomatoes
- White wine
- Butter
- Oregano
- Mama Ray’s
- Salt and pepper
- Red onion
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Fresh parmesan
Directions:
- In pan, add oil, garlic and red onion.
- When translucent, add steak.
- About halfway cooked, add splash of wine and bring to boil.
- Add tomatoes and seasoning.
- Throw in some butter and fresh oregano.
- Pour over top of pasta and garnish with fresh parmesan.
